Vote for Our Manheim Community Farm Show Theme Basket!

The Manheim Historical Society is participating in the Manheim Community Farm Show’s Theme Basket Contest for non-profit organizations from Monday, October 4 – Thursday, October 7, and we need your help!

Vote for our basket–“A Glimpse of Manheim’s Past”–once per day from noon on Monday, October 4 until 4:00 pm on Thursday, October 7 when you visit the Farm Show, held October 4-8, 2021, at 400 Adele Ave., Manheim, PA.

Our entry contains several valuable items in a beautiful basket that celebrate Manheim’s history:

• a 1762-1962 One Red Rose collectible plate
• a 1762-1962 Bi-centennial mug
• town clock and gazebo ornaments
• Fasig house and Keath house wooden cut-outs
• a (Manheim) Heritage Tour book
• a “Henry William Stiegel” book by George Heiges
• a Manheim Central Schools “A Glimpse of the Past” book by Dr. L. Jury
• Dan Barthold Keystone Bank notecards
• Manheim Railroad Station notecards
• a Keystone Bank glass ornament
• 2 glass roses

Winners are announced on Thursday evening, 10/7.

All baskets become the property of the Farm Show and will be sold at the Thursday Night Benefit Auction with the proceeds going to the Farm Show Treasury.
